Arkansas man killed in fall from Mississippi cell phone tower

iStock_000003229496XSmall.jpgThe Clarion-Ledger reported that a worker climbing was killed when he fell from a cell phone tower in Leland, Mississippi. Although Shane Dushen was wearing a harness, something went wrong when he fell 200 feet to his death. Investigators will try to determine why he fell to his death. If the worker was hooked up to the cell phone tower with his harness, then the harness could have failed and a product liability action could be brought against the manufacturer. However, if he was unhooked at the time of his fall, then the question is why he unhooked that far up in the air.
